PB - Banana Snack Wrap
If you're on the Tone It Up plan you are very familiar with this snack. I can eat this for dinner (and I have) because it's so good!
It'll curb your appetite between breakfast and lunch or lunch and dinner. A great post work-out snack too.
Peanutbutter (preferably with no sugar)
whole wheat tortilla
1/2 banana (greener bananas are better than ripe ones, because of the GI level).
