PB - Banana Snack Wrap
If you're on the Tone It Up plan you are very familiar with this snack. I can eat this for dinner (and I have) because it's so good!
It'll curb your appetite between breakfast and lunch or lunch and dinner. A great post work-out snack too.
Ingredients:
Peanutbutter (preferably with no sugar)
whole wheat tortilla
1/2 banana (greener bananas are better than ripe ones, because of the GI level).

You know what is really good too?
Cut a banana in half, lengthwise and spread with peanut butter. Its like an PB banana sandwich!
You can also then wrap it in gladwrap and freeze it which is also really good. I basically love anything with peanut butter and banana :) xoxo
