Getting Crafty

I've been looking for a small white wire cupcake tree for a long time! For some reason it's no where to be found in Norway.. so where do I turn to when I want and need something? You guessed right: Ebay!

Ebay didn't have a white one either (!), but they did have the small trees that I wanted. So I purchased this:
- And with a can of white spray paint, I turned it into this:

Cute, isn't it? ♥

I'm not a very crafty person so I'm super proud of myself right now.. hahaha!

The cupcake tree will be used for Fi's and my birthday coming up ♥ so I'll post some pictures of the tree with actual cakes real soon :)

I'm hunting for some amazing cupcake recipes, so if any of you have some to share, I would love to get it! ♥

My inspirations:

Take care!

Now, see I think that's extremely creative!! Haha I never would have thought to spray paint something a different colour! But it's an awesome idea and it looks 100 times better! I love those cupcake holders, they're so cute! <3

Very cute cupcake stand - looks much better in white!

I love making cupcakes - I use the magnolia bakery recipe - it's easy and tastes amazing:

Here's a pic of the cupcakes I made using that recipe:

I think I have to pick up a frosting bag - I love the swirled frosting in the pics you posted!

I have one just like this stand/tree. Although I usually use a cake-mix for my cupcakes (the easy way out), I have tried the Magnolia bakery recipe (as mentioned by Ella pretty above) and it's fabulous too.
It's all about the icing, I love mixing creative colours!
Good job on painting it yourself...so crafty Mama!
