I wasn't going to post this EOTD because it's almost exactly the same as the Mulch and Jest look I did just a couple of weeks ago. But I thought I would after all just to show you how easy it is to use one eyeshadow technique and apply different colors, and in this case apply a more dramatic eyeliner.
♥ Gurerlain eyeshadow bace
♥ Mac Studio Finish Concealer in nw25
♥ Mac Bisque eyeshadow as a base (Brule is too light for me now)
♥ Mac Naked Lunch in tear duct and 3/4th of the lid leaving the outer third bare
♥ Mac Satin Taupe in the outer corner and blended in the crease
♥ Mac Suspicion in outer v to darken it up a little
♥ Bobbi Brown gel eyeliner on top lashline with a baby wing, and underneath the lower lashline. Strongest line in the outher corner and thinner as I go in with the pencil. I also applied the liner on half of the waterline.
Face:
♥ Mac Fix + before applying foundation
♥ Estee Lauder Double wear foundation in 4C1: OUtdoor Beige
♥ Mac Mineral Skin Finish powder in Medium Dark
♥ Jemma Kidd highlighting cream Dewy Glow in Ice Gold
♥ Mac Trace Gold to highlight
♥Mac Blushbaby blush
Lips:
♥ Mac Subculture lipliner all over the lips
♥ Mac Underage lipgloss on top.

i must buy naked lunch! maybe i'll go get it today :) such a versatile color! love this look :) I already own satin taupe and love it, but I only wear it in the evening because I don't really know how to do subtle eyeshadow for day using non-light colors. I'll have to try this look!
Thank you for showing a Satin Taupe look! Love this, perfect yet polished for day.
I think I may have to get Blushbaby now too. Would your recommend it?
xoxo
Looks stunning! I have been looking everywhere for style snob but most of the mac counters tell me its not a permanent color. I remember you had said that some say satin taupe may be the closest match and I think it looks great! Thanks for sharing:)

I think you would love Naked Lunch! It's one of those colors that looks good on everyone and a color you can pair with anything! xo
Andi:
Blushbaby is definitely a blush I can recommend. It's a beige-pink color and a sheertone blush so it can be applied super light, but it's still builadble.
I should do a post on my blushes with swatches ;)
My favorite way to use Satin Taupe is for an everyday smoky eye.

Thank you :)
Style Snob is a limited edition, unfortunately.
Here is a great Style Snob and Satin Taupe comparison:

As you can see, they are pretty similar. Style Snob is slightly lighter.
