EOTD - Bronze and Silver

Beautiful Dutchess Roz did a gorgeous eyelook the other day and it totally inspired me to try this out myself. The look combines bronze and silver eyeshadows which I think is so nice! Here is another eyelook that I did with a warm-cold combo (look at my hair color!!!).

I've been wearing this eyelook everyday for work this week and I love it! The silver in the corner of my eye really makes my eyes open up.
For the purpose of showing the colors off I did apply the eyeshadows a little stronger than I have been for work, making it more of a night look. With a softer hand and more blending this is such a gorgeous daylook too!

(in daylight with flash. Click on the right picture and you can see the different colors really well)

Eyelook:
  • Gurelain eyeshadow base
  • Mac Brule all over the lid as a base color
  • Mac Rondelle (silver) on the inner half of the lid and tear duct
  • Mac Mulch (bronze) on the outer half blended out carefully to meet the silver. I also applied this underneath the lower lashline
  • Mac Corc on top of the Orbital bone as a transition color.
  • Mac Embark on a pencil brush in the outer half of the crease.
  • Bobbi Brown gel eyeliner to tightline
  • Estee Lauder lashprimer
  • YSL Faux Cils mascara

(Note to self: either smile or keep your mouth closed! lol)

That looks really pretty on you! I also really love your hair this color. I looked back at the older post and while I like the dark as well, I think you look softer with it lighter!

Thank you, Chloé! :)I'm finally starting to get the hang of this camera... it's so difficult though.. It's too fancy for me! lol

    christyr143:
Thank you for saying that! When I see my hair that dark I kind of miss it.. but then I get compliments like your and think the opposite ;) xo

    Mere:
Thank you! I think you should definitely give it a go! :) You can totally skip the Embark in the crease and this look is still really beautiful, but more simple :)

    Ladybird:
    Tusen takk! :):) xo

    Andi:
Go for it!! :) You're amazing with makeup so I know this will look gorgeous on you! Love how we can all just borrow each other's makeup looks! lol

My eyebrows.. I have tried to let them grow so I can reshape them. But, too late! They've been over-plucked so there's nothing to grow back :( But thank you for the compliment!

I read your message on Facebook! You're the best! It's paid for ;)

    TalluluBella:
    Thank you sweetie ♥
