Review - Sleek eyeshadow palette

For those of you who have watched my video on YT, know what I think of these already, but I thought I would also write something about it in this blog.

After watching Pixiwoo's video on YT doing a purple look, I have been wanting the Sleek eyeshadow palettes.
I finally got two of them on Ebay (£ 4.99 each); the Storm palette on the left and the Original palette (used in the video) on the right.

The Storm palettes have all neutral colors and contains 3 matte colors that are perfect for eyebrows, eyeliner or emphasizing the crease. The Original palette is my "play palette" :) So many fun colors to play with or just spice up your daily neutral look with a hint of color.

The colors are amazing! So so pretty and very pigmented. The amount of different looks you can create with these palettes are endless! Compared to a MAC 15 e/s palette, these are smaller and very sleek in deed :). I also love the huge mirror that comes with it.

The only down side to these, in my opinion, is that they are slightly difficult to work with. The colors are very creamy which makes the blending a bit of a challenge. I would recommend using a MAC (or any other brand) eyeshadow as an all over eye color before applying these. That way they will glide on more easily. And because they are so soft, you barely have to touch them with your brush to get a lot of product on!

My verdict:
Definitely worth getting! They will compliment any e/s collection and especially the Original palette if you are a neutral girl who want to start getting out of that comfort zone of browns ;)
