The thing about diets is that once you start to finally see some results, you start getting motivated to continue to get even more healthy! So the difficult part is to stick it out until you get there!
My first check-point goal is - 6 more pounds! Most of my pre-pregnancy clothes will fit me then! ;) Can't wait!
What else keeps me motivated? People who don't believe I can loose my post-pregnancy weight (because they didn't?).. I get into my "I'll-show-them-mode"! And I will!
